10 Yummy Cadbury Creme Egg Desserts for Easter {Easter Recipes}

Before I begin, let me give you a fun little blurb about myself:
Growing up, I thought Cadbury Eggs were chocolate shells filled with real raw egg; therefore, I was terrified to eat them and I thought that anyone who did, was the grossest person on earth.

So with all that being said, even though I know they aren't chocolate shells filled with salmonella poisoning, I still can't bring myself to eat a Cadbury Egg. But what's Easter without them??
Well... it's still Easter, but you know what I mean....

This year, I've decided to take it slow and try Cadbury Eggs a different way. So, whether you're weird like me, or just looking for a great new dessert for Easter here are ten yummy recipes I found featuring the word's scariest candy.

Oh, by the way, some of the recipes are from the UK and the measuring units are different than here the US. A quick internet search will get you the converted measurements you need.

  6. Love your post! You're funny :) I never saw a Cadbury Egg until I was an adult, but even then I didn't like the runny center. It made me think I was eating a raw egg; I guess I'm weird, too.
    You're recipes really look wonderful, though. I think I would make the deep fried eggs - then the center would be cooked well done! hahaha...
    Thanks for sharing this post at Together on Tuesdays :)

  7. Hi! Stoppping by from the Meet Up Monday Link party. Thanks so much for compiling this yummy list! Now I feel like I HAVE to get some Cadbury creme eggs!

  8. Oh my goodness, that pancake stack! Wowzers! I need to stop browsing so late at night and getting hungry haha. Great round-up...Thank you for linking up at #MeetUpMonday with thequinntessentialmommy.com and me (although I missed hosting this week)!

  9. LOL. I was the same and even too a point now. Even looking at the "cookie cups" recipe kind of grosses me out.
    My mum loves them. She buys them every year. I'm okay with the caramel ones they started making, but only when I'm really craving chocolate and nothing is around will I venture into the "looks like a raw egg" candy eating. ^_^
